The History of Pralines (course #15 BC 665)
The History of Pralines is a USA Baldwin County (non-credit) special courses workshop. The fascinating historical background of the origin of these unique candies will be reviewed. A live praline making demonstration will be take place with special tips and instructions for the student. Tasting warm, fresh pralines will follow along with a Q & A session.

Table Top Styling and Dining
Etiquette is a USA Baldwin County
(non-credit) special courses workshop.
The course is designed to refresh students on basic table manners
along with formal and informal table setting techniques. The workshop will focus on meal planning
for special occasions and the principles of tablescapes.
